SHIPPING DETAILS
We offer shipping within the United States. We currently do not offer International Shipping.
Shipping Costs are calculated based on the item's size, weight, and sometimes destination. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you're in the Memphis, TN area, you're welcome to choose Local Pickup at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Paradox at PeCo, our customers are the top priority! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days to assist you with this issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email us at info@paradoxatpeco.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Paradox at PeCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows your order has been delivered.
